Active Kids parties are fast paced, high energy, and fun for everyone. Unlike some sports based parties we include everybody in our activities.
We have party formats for lots of different age groups and we can tailor a party to include the birthday girl or boy's favourite activity. We also run parties based around a theme such as Active:Pirates for little ones or Active:Olympics for older groups.

Familiar games with a twist
Our parties include individual and team games. We like to take traditional party games and put an active slant on them; such as musical gymnastics instead of musical statues, and our pass the parcel has children on the edge of, and flying off, their seats!

Finding a party venue
Most parents book the venue themselves. School and church halls are the most commonly used type of venue. Your party leaders will arrive in good time to make sure the space is clear and safe. If you are unsure as to the suitability of a venue, don't hesitate to call your local Active Kids contact. We tend to know our local venues and are happy to advise. In some cases we can book the venue for you and there may be a small admin charge for this.

Outdoor parties
During the summer months, most parties tend to be outside in parks or gardens. Some people have a contingency venue booked incase the weather is poor but many don't. We will generally be happy to go ahead unless we feel the surface is unsafe. From experience, most children are unfazed by a little rain when they are fully involved in the activities. In the worst case we would be more than willing to reschedule the party for a mutually convenient date.
So what does it cost?
Active Kids parties start at £175 for 25 children for up to 90 minutes of structured activities led by an Active Kids party leader and an assistant. Active Kids party invites are included in the price and the birthday girl or boy also gets a surprise birthday present.
Extras that make the party special
We are happy to present an engraved trophy for the birthday boy or girl. Trophy prices start at £8.
Our medals are also popular with kids. They are sometimes given in place of a going home bag and are a nice way of recognising every child's efforts.
Medals are £2.50 when engraved with the birthday boy/girl's name and date of birth, and £2 if left blank. We can also engrave medals with each child's name.
