Our values

We believe that children are happier and healthier when they are active. It's as simple as that. We also believe that they should be introduced to sport in a fun and stimulating environment through a multi activity approach rather than single sports such as tennis or football.

There is a body of evidence that suggests single sports are best introduced after the age of 11. Active Kids works on the principle that core skills in movement, balance, speed, coordination, communication, team work, winning and losing gracefully, feed all single sports pursuits.

These foundation skills enable children to learn and develop confidence and motivation to enjoy sport in a more fulfilling way. The achievement of each and every child is at the heart of the Active Kids approach.
